I'm 5'10" and 160 pounds and this dress is great length wise. I am an apple shape and found the medium fits my hips with some room. I think a small would have fit. I find the top is really baggy so wearing the dress alone is very unflattering, however when I belt the waist its super cute and how I will be wearing it.
Material very cheap, washed it once materials all stretch out. Not good quality would like to exchange for a different blouse.

Even after washing, it still fit better than I expected. I usually wear 3x in size, but this shirt only went to 2x. So I went ahead and gave it a try. The lines make me look slimmer than I truly am. The fabric is comfortable and breezy. It's not confining or tight under arms or shoulders. It looks really nice, the colors are better than the picture shows.
The sleeves are a bit tight. It's not really tunic length but it is pretty.
